This delicious pumpkin spice syrup is an ingredient in The Gratitude cocktail and in the pumpkin spice latte–with or without coffee!
8 ounces pumpkin puree
from a can
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stir constantly and cook until smooth. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Strain and cool thoroughly before using.
